Sugar free banana cake

This simple cake will satisfy your sweet cravings whilst beign healthy and filling!

What you need:

500 g of mashed bananas
145 g of Spelt or corn flour
130 g of raisins
85 g oats
25 g of coconut
90 ml of vegetable oil – I like rapeseed
1 tbsp coriander
1 pinch of salt

How to make it

Mix together pour into a tin. Bake @ 180 for 25 – 35 mins or until it looks done and a knife comes out clean
