Tips for feeling great naturally...
Kick start you digestion
Start your day with hot water and lemon juice. This combination will kick start your digestive system, support your liver and enhance your skin and set you up for the day.
Body brush every morning before your shower. Start at your feet and brush upwards towards your heart in long sweeping motions. Even 5 mins a day will create better circulation, smoother skin and increased energy in the morning.

Coffee lovers, swiss water decaf is the best kept secret...We all know that too much of anything is not good for us and caffeine in particular should be limited. Caffeine is found in coffee, chocolate, teas, colas and can also be added to energy bars and drinks. If you love coffee and I admit that I do then swiss water decaf is the answer. I have avoided decaf coffee for a long time because of the chemical process used to remove the caffeine but now swiss water decaf coffee is available in many more places in the UK. I have checked with 3 of the major high street coffee chains to find out what process they use for their decaf coffee. Pret and Cafe Nero both use swiss water decaf so this is safe to drink and very tasty. Starbucks on the other hand use the chemical process. For more information visit www.swisswater.com/
Keep toxins out:
Avoid body and beauty products that contain parabens and sulphates tp reduce your risk of disease. Some experts believe that up to 60% of what you put on your skin will be absorbed.
Spice it up:
Adding herbs and spices such tumeric, ginger, garlic, rosemary, cinnamon and chilli to your cooking will enhance digestion and act as anti microbial and anti inflammatory helpers.
To reduce wind and digestive discomfort try chewing fennel seeds or making them into a tea.
Add cinnamon to your porridge on a cold day to warm you from your inside out.
A natural home:
Consider using more natural household cleaning products such as Ecover, Method and Biocare. These brands are less toxic and gentler on your home, hands and the environment.
You can also try white vinegar and essential oils such as lavender, tea tree or eucalyptus (avoid all essential oils when pregnant unless advised by doctor).
