Weightloss plan
I finished the 14 day detox last week and would highly recommend. Not only did I lose 2kg but It was easy to follow and more importantly I felt so much better for it. Within 2 days I was less bloated and much less irritable. I will continue with a lot of the eating suggestions and have switched to 85% cocoa organic chocolate...some things are too good to give up totally! Thanks Jo - a great start to a much needed change in diet.

We believe that there is only one way to lose weight permanently and that is to change your attitude and approach to food. Joanna, the Nutritio Nutritional Therapist can help you achieve this through a personal consultation and plan that will suit you and your lifestyle.
